GISCAMA2018 has ended
Join us for comprehensive education, networking, and professional development. URISA and the IAAO partner together each year to provide a conference that assists assessment and appraisal professionals in visualizing how they can work more effectively through the use of technology.  Join us March 19/22, 2018  for the 22nd annual conference in Houston, Texas

Creating an attendee profile within Sched DOES NOT REGISTER you for the conference or specific workshops. You must register for the conference here.  Note that the number of attendees noted at the bottom of each workshop, event or session are simply those attendees that have created a personal schedule. It does NOT indicate the number of people who are actually registered.

Aloha!
At the 2019 GIS/CAMA I'll be talking about how I used several commercial and free open source tools to streamline my Tax Maps colleagues work requiring using older Plat maps with current land records in GIS.

I'm a GIS Analyst V with the Real Property Assessment Division at the County of Maui, Hawaii working on cleaning up our ESRI Parcel Fabric line work and supporting Tax Maps, Appraiser and Compliance personnel with GIS products and expertise.

Prior to working for the County I went from intern to Senior GIS Analyst at the Pacific Disaster Center where I learned and expanded my knowledge and experience in Python scripting, databases, opensource software, GIS web service creation and consumption and obtained a GISP. Before starting that internship I graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham Washington with an Environmental Science degree and GIS minor.
