  •  Photography is a Key Component of the County Appraiser's Toolkit
    A new approach to capturing street-level photos brings the element of virtual reality to property appraisals. Photos are taken with action cameras, uploaded to the cloud in real time, reconstructed in 3D, and integrated with ArcGIS Online and specialized appraisal software. With affordable equipment and fast turnaround time, this approach to appraisal is effective and efficient. Join our talk to learn how best practices for capturing recent street-level imagery can be applied to property appraisals.

    Kevin Jones, Marketing Director will discuss the topic of historical airphotos that many organizations keep in their archives, but struggle to work with in a modern GIS environment since they are not typically properly ortho-rectified and mosaicked.
