1:30 - 2:15 PM - Esri Canada - How can Complex 3D GIS Scenes Take Your Organization to the Next Level?
The Esri Canada Assessment Team will demonstrate the power of using 3 dimensional modeling to view a complete and realistic picture of buildings. By integrating 3D visualization and spatial analysis into your property assessment workflow your staff can gain the ability to increase the accuracy of valuations and discover missing or incorrect property data. Also, using 3D generated factors such as percentage of view (unobstructed, obstructed), floor adjustments and other salient unit/building value adjustments and other opportunities for adjustment or model calibrations such as location, traffic noise, % of shade, your office will gain a more scientific approach when asked to accurately set and defend values equitably and in accordance to IAAO Mass Appraisal Standards.
