  • Leveraging Deep Learning to Accelerate Parcel Change Detection and Feature Extraction
Pushpin leverages state-of-the-art artificial intelligence techniques in a patent-pending workflow that enables the company to complete county-wide change detection projects in weeks versus months and at 70% lower cost than the competition.  Pushpin’s CEO and founder, Randy Milbert, will provide an overview of Pushpin’s change detection and feature extraction algorithms and explain how these next-generation workflows consistently achieve human-level accuracy or better.  Mr. Milbert will also discuss how Pushpin amassed the world’s largest parcel change detection training set, which contains parcel boundaries with old and new, high-resolution, leaf-off imagery.  Mr. Milbert will walk through recent case studies and explore sample change reports, which highlight changed parcels on a heatmap, provide statistics by change type (addition, construction, deck, demolished, flatwork, garage, new, other, pool, or shed), and estimate the tax impact of the discovered changed.  Mr. Milbert will also discuss how customers ingest this change detection information into their existing CAMA workflows.
