  • Improving Commercial Value Estimates with Moore Precision Cost® and Moore Cost Online
This session will present the new cost model and methodology that has evolved from research during the past five years to produce Moore Precision Cost, which corrects flaws in the current widely used method. It improves commercial cost approach value estimates using the same data that has been collected for the current method such as area, perimeter, structure type, wall height, occupancy, etc. The existing flaws and method improvements will be discussed in detail. In addition, a new online capability, which is now available at MooreCostOnline.com for entry, calculation, and printing of cost approach estimates of value will be demonstrated. It uses the same cost model and is intended for doing single appraisals online, on demand, for a small transaction fee.
