  • The Norm vs. After the Storm: An Appraiser’s Perspective on Hurricane Harvey Disaster Recovery
    Aransas County, one of the hardest hit counties during Hurricane Harvey, lost approximately 25% of structure value as a result of the storm. The road to recovery is a long one, but with the right technology and team in place, Aransas County Chief Appraiser Mike Soto is on the fast track to assessing damage and picking up the pieces. Hear from Soto and the EagleView team on the role location data and technology played in appraisal before Harvey and in the last six months.
