Robert Babin is a Data Analyst at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and a Master of Arts in Planning from the University of Waterloo, where he developed the residential valuation sub-model and associated spatial variables for a regional land-market transportation microsimulation project. Robert is currently using his spatial analysis and modelling skills to investigate opportunities to improve valuation equity at MPAC.
