David Whiterell is the CAMA Supervisor for the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office CAMA Division. His Job is to manage the unit that develops and calibrates statistical valuation models using multiple regression analysis. David Has over 25 years of appraisal industry experience, and a broad knowledge and comprehension of the principles, practices, and theories used in property appraisal and valuation, management, assessment office functions, and real estate principles. He earned his degree in Public Administration from Rio Salado College and has held the IAAO Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES) designation since 1996. In 2007 David was the first person to earn the Arizona Department of Revenue Certified Appraiser, Level III, which is Arizona’s highest certification. He's also presented at multiple conferences on a variety of subjects relating to his work.
